Hey guys!  Jack Rewards are for all Jack account holders at FirstBank Southwest.  We have created online games just for you, so you can have a little fun while learning some valuable financial tips. When you’re finished playing a game, just print the Jack Rewards Certificate with my picture on it.  Each six-week period, when you get your report card from school, just bring it, along with the online certificate, to a FirstBank Southwest branch near you.  There are no grade requirements on your report card and you can receive one Jack Reward coupon per six-week period.

We don’t expect you to just remember to bring that report card & certificate in.  No way! You’ve got too much going on in that head of yours… like math equations, interest calculations, investment options or wait, maybe that’s just me!  With your parent’s permission, we want to send you an email or a text message reminder each six weeks, to remind you to come into the bank and get rewarded!  All of your information will be kept confidential, of course.  All you have to do is Fill Out This Form, and drop it in the mail or bring it by a location near you.  We can’t wait to see you and encourage you in your educational journey!
